Chronic gingivitis caused by poor-quality, old fillings. Discoloration, secondary caries and gingival asymmetries gave the smile a disharmonious, unhealthy appearance.
Description of treatments
After the gums had healed, we made ceramic dental restorations involving every tooth of the upper arch. In this case, a functional and aesthetic result could be achieved without any particular treatment of the lower arch.
