Endodontics — microscope-assisted root canal treatment
Root canal treatment and retreatment under the microscope, to save your natural tooth.

What is it?
Root canal treatment (endodontics) aims to remove infected or dead dental pulp and seal the root canal so the tooth can stay in place — with even greater precision than conventional treatment, performed under a microscope.
Who is it for?
Recommended for those whose dental pulp has become affected by deep decay, a fracture, or a complication of earlier treatment, as well as those whose previous root canal treatment has become problematic and needs to be redone.
How does it work?
After diagnosis and planning under the microscope, the root canals are located, cleaned, and sealed. In more complex, previously treated cases, removing the old root filling and re-locating the canal system may also be part of the process.
What to expect afterwards?
The tooth may be more sensitive to biting for a few days after treatment, which usually settles on its own. In most cases we recommend a crown or other restoration on a root-canal-treated tooth for long-term protection.
