Orthodontics
Correcting bite irregularities and tooth alignment for children and adults.

What is it?
Orthodontic treatment aims to correct bite irregularities and tooth alignment — with either traditional fixed braces or clear, removable aligners.
Who is it for?
For children, it's worth requesting a screening from around age 7-8 so that developmental issues are caught early; for adults, treatment can generally be carried out at almost any age, provided the gums and periodontal tissues are healthy enough.
How does it work?
The first consultation assesses the bite and the state of the dentition, with a digital 3D scan if needed. A treatment plan is put together on this basis, followed — depending on the chosen technique — by fixed braces or a custom-made series of aligners.
What to expect afterwards?
At the end of treatment, a retainer (removable or fixed) holds the achieved result in place — your dentist will give you personalised guidance on how to wear it. Treatment duration can vary considerably from case to case, depending on the starting situation.
